For more than 60 years, Minco Products, Inc. has designed and manufactured heating, flex circuit, temperature sensing and instrumentation solutions for some of the world’s most demanding applications. We work closely with our customers to identify the best solution for their applications. This includes hundreds of off-the-shelf solutions to meet standard requirements, as well as custom solutions we create in collaboration with customer engineering teams around the world.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards for environmentally friendly manufacturing practices. Across our supply chain, we have taken steps to support our customers and supplier base in complying with efforts to limit identified substances from our products and protect human health and the environment.
Our environmental initiatives include:

COMPLIANCE POLICIES
Minco is committed to supporting socioeconomic purchasing programs and recognizing the compelling economic and social needs of our communities. We actively pursue opportunities to work with small and diverse suppliers. We afford suppliers of all designated small business classifications the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of Federal Government contracts including:
- S. Government-registered Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB)
- Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)
- Hub Zone
- Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB)
- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)
It is the policy and intention of Minco to meet the principles of Public Law(s) 95-507, 99-661, 100-65, 100-180, 103-355, 105-135, 106-50 the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and to fully honor and implement the requirements of the laws in the government contracts into which Minco enters.
Minco employees, including subsidiaries, are aware of the importance of U.S. export controls and Minco’s responsibility and commitment to comply with the controls. Under no circumstances will exports or re-exports be made contrary to U.S. export control regulations. Minco is not a participant in the US Customs and Border Protection C-TPAT program.
Minco has registered with the U.S. State Department and has programs in place for appropriate treatment of all ITAR information and compliance with ITAR license conditions. ITAR is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. ITAR regulations dictate that information and materials pertaining to defense and military related technologies may only be shared with U.S. Persons unless approval from the Department of State is received or a special exemption is used. Minco is committed to preventing the entry of counterfeit parts or parts with questionable pedigree into the supply chain. The Aerospace AS5553 Standard – Counterfeit Electronic Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition is used as a best practice measure of compliance. The AS5553 standard is designed for adoption by aerospace and military manufacturers and contractors, providing uniform requirements, practices and methods to mitigate the risk of receiving and installing counterfeit electronic parts. Minco flows down the requirement to suppliers via the “Minco Supplier Quality Requirements (MSQR)” which is included as part of every Minco purchase order. Minco inspects and confirms that properly completed certifications accompany every received part.
Minco is aware of the concerns with regards to “conflict minerals” that may originate from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries and understands the importance of this issue. Minco does not support the use of or the purchasing of these minerals from the DRC and its neighboring countries. We expect our suppliers to source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. We will work with our suppliers to comply with these expectations and avoid procurement of materials from conflict regions.
